It is reasonable for the security of the OSCE SMM staff to strengthen them with the United Nations’ peacekeepers after separation of forces and means, under a framework decision, in order to implement a full-fledged ceasefire.

It is only about a line of contact between the parties to the conflict. The mandate should be agreed with us within the Contact Group. It should be reminded that the situation regarding the separation of forces and means is extremely difficult, it was not possible to fully implement the agreements even on three pilot areas.
