Talking about the UN contingent in Donbass, Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko is trying to attract additional attention. The Chairman of the DPR People's Council, the Permanent Representative of the DPR to the talks of the Contact Group in Minsk, Denis Pushilin, stated this in the program "Time will show" on the Russian First Channel.

Without the consent of the residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, no UN contingent can be deployed to the Donbass. This was stated in an exclusive interview to the Federal News Agency by the Chairman of the DPR People's Council, the Permanent Representative of the DPR at the talks of the Contact Group in Minsk, Denis Pushilin.

The Chairman of the DPR People’s Council, the Head of the Russian Centre Denis Pushilin commented on the initial outcome of the Russian Centre’s work, an objective of which is to propel integration processes to new heights and which was set by the Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko, in an interview with the correspondent of the official website of the DPR.

Thanks to the work of the Russian Center, the Donetsk People's Republic establishes not only cultural ties with the regions of the Russian Federation, but also creates a basis for joint work in the sphere of economy, the Chairman of the People's Council, the head of the Russian Center, Denis Pushilin, said in an interview for the correspondent of a DPR's official website.

The support provided by the Contact Group to the initiative of the Donetsk People's Republic to introduce the "Easter truce" and the parties' commitment to the ceasefire regime, as from 30 March 2018, 00:01, give hope for the stabilization of the situation in the Donbass on the eve of the holiday great for all Christians.

On March 24, in the Donetsk club "Sniper", the Open Republican Billiard Tournament in the discipline "Pyramid – eight other people's cue balls" was launched. The event was attended by Chairman of the DPR People's Council Denis Pushilin.

On March 16, a meeting entitled “Russia – Donbass. Together forever!” took place near a “To militia of all times” monument on the square near the building of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea.

On Friday, March 16, the city of Simferopol (the Republic of Crimea, the Russian Federation) is hosting festive events dedicated to the fourth anniversary of the all-Crimean referendum in 2014 and the Day of the Crimea's reunification with Russia.

In accordance with the instruction of the Head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Aleksandr Vladimirovich Zakharchenko, today an appeal was sent to the OSCE requesting assistance in organizing an extraordinary meeting of the Contact Group in videoconference mode to discuss the "Easter truce" from April 1 and its main parameters.

On March 14, another meeting of the Contact Group on the peaceful settlement of the conflict in the Donbass took place in Minsk. The agenda included issues of compliance with the armistice, the implementation of the agreement on the disengagement of forces and facilities in Stanitsa Luganskaya, the preparation of the exchange of prisoners and the implementation of the Steinmeier's Formula.
