The agreement on inter-parliamentary cooperation, which was signed in the framework of the official DPR’s delegation’s visit in the Republic of Crimea, was another step towards integration with Russia. This was stated by the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka during a conversation with journalists.
ʺDuring the visit, the delegation took part in a solemn rally, which was dedicated to the anniversary of the Pereyaslav Council, met with the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea. There was the signing of agreements between our parliaments, as well as our cities Makeyevka and Kerch.
We can say without exaggeration that the signing of the agreements is a great step towards the legitimization of our Republic, integration with the Russian Federation. We have stayed the course, which we chose in 2014, and we continue working in this direction. We intend to cooperate in the field of law-making, culture, history, because we are all one people connected with common history and faith, language and culture. The chairmen of the committees have already been assigned with a task to elaborate proposals for a roadmap for further work and it will be created soon,ʺ Vladimir Bidyovka said.
