We have to take responsibility for enterprises of Ukrainian jurisdiction – Denis Pushilin

The main objective of the introduction of temporary administrations in enterprises that worked in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic under the Ukrainian jurisdiction is to provide social security to the employees of these enterprises. It was stated by the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council in a meeting with the secretaries of the primary organizations of the public movement “Donetsk Republic” on March 23.

ʺIt is an open secret that external governance is a coercive measure. For three years, we have seen a great number of assessments to the Ukrainian budget and then shells, which hit our homes, were bought with this money. But we also understood that it was tens of thousands of jobs and we hoped that Kiev would still honour the commitments it had made.

Nevertheless, the Ukrainian radicals managed to turn the situation around so that many enterprises stopped working. The Kiev authority was powerless at first and then led these criminal acts. Then we had to take responsibility for ourselves,ʺ the Parliamentary Speaker said.

According to a correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin gave special attention to the participation of the members of the public movement “Donetsk Republic” in all aspects of the Republic’s life as part of the meeting with the public movement.

ʺI am very pleased that our public movement is being replenished with people who assume responsibility, not just watch ongoing processes, but also actively participate in them. We are over 170, 000 people and it says that we are moving in the right direction,ʺ Denis Pushilin said.
